Shipwright says... The Pedler is the ideal ship for an aspiring merchant.The Pedler is one of two ships new players start out with. The ship is given for free, fully customized, if chosen over the Pegleg. Of the two options, the Pedler has more cargo and no chaser gun.
Trivia
- The Pedler and Pegleg were introduced to the game in August of 2025, replacing the Sparrow and Swallow as starting options for new players.
- The Pedler and Pegleg ships that are given to new players are fully customized, and like previous starter ships, are special in that they cannot be scrapped.
- The Pedler is of the same make as the Grace, Wisp and Retaliator.
- The Pedler is very commonly seen bumping around spawn islands or beached in sand.
