The War Koi is a deadly ship in the right hands, offering precise control over a mortar alongside the ability to move directly backwards at full speed regardless of wind. The War Koi can mount a Size 8 Mortar, similar to the Mortar Platform, and has seats for four rowers and one gunner.

The War Koi is the only paddle-propelled mortar ship, alongside being the only mortar ship that can go directly backwards.
The War Koi is constructed of two Koi hulls attached via a pallet of wood between them.
