Shipwright-Buddy.pngShipwright says... The Camel's size and firepower make it great for traders and pirates alike.

The Camel is a large multi-purpose ship with the largest cargo capacity of any currently buildable ship and a formidable armament. As a trade ship, the Camel's speed is on par with similar vessels but has the addition of stern cannons to ward off any attackers, a feature not present in ships like the Mastiff or the Mule. In addition to its roles as a trade ship, the Camel also functions as a very effective combat ship, as Camel's 6-gun broadside can deal devastating damage to any ship in range and its high health allows the Camel to stay in a fight, though the lack of chasers leaves it vulnerable to a bowlock.

Trivia

  • The Camel has a bed inside the captain's quarters.
  • The Camel alongside the Mule was added on June 25th, 2021.
  • The Camel used to only be craftable with a Pine or Spruce decking, however this was changed on April 22nd of 2022 with the addition of ship customization.
