The Steamfish is a level 9 ship with with little use other than showing off one's personal fortune. The ship is very expensive but is largely impractical for any serious use.
The ship suffers from a lack of Hull Strength, Cargo capacity, and has utterly zero armament. However, with its moderately-fast steam engine, a Steamfish is able to quickly transport its user upwind at the cost of Coal.
Steamfishes are best used for personal transport roles, such as to swiftly make ones way against the wind, or for boarding enemy vessels. Should the latter be true, the vessel's tiny profile makes it incredibly difficult to hit.
Trivia
- The Steamfish is based off of an old meme from around the time of the initial steam ship updates to the game.
- This vessel is not to be confused with the Super Steamfish variants, which cannot be crafted and must instead be purchased with Steamfish Vouchers.
