It's great armament and hull strength make up for it's massive loss of cargo capacity compared to the Grouse. This all combined makes the Ptarmigan a decent ship for [[Piracy]], because of it's relatively good speed and cargo capability, great for raiding slower trading ships like the [[Camel]].
