Purshovia is a NPC (Non-Player-Controlled) faction. The map in the Sunken Atlas near Hallengard indicates that their land is located to the far west of the Grand Isles. The faction and its residents have come into contact with the Grand Isles many times over the years, bringing with them their famous ships, ironclads, and other advanced technological inventions created in Dresden.
