Sapphire is one of four basic gem materials. It is only obtainable via mining at a non-spawn island (not including Harrisburg) with a Gold or Gem Pickaxe.
Trivia
- A pickaxe created with Angelwood and Sapphire can be used to mine Electrosteel during special storms.
- Increases damage of weapons, when used to craft one.
