Commands

Commands are a mechanic in Tradelands that allows players to take various gameplay actions through typing text in the chat box.

Regular commands are typed into the chat, starting with the slash (/) character. Many commands require additional arguments (words) to work properly.

Tradelands staff and private server owners have access to a much wider range of commands to assist in development and moderation. These are typed into a command bar instead and are not listed on this page.

Essential commands (trade and invite) may also be done by clicking on a player directly.

Player names may also be shortened, ie. typing "/trade nahr" would still invite Nahr_Nahrstein so long as there's no other player in the server who's username begins with "nahr".

Gameplay Commands

Command Usage Description
trade /trade <player> Invites another player to trade. They must not already be in a trade window.
invite /invite <player>

/inv <player>

Invites another player to your crew. They must be on your team and not in a crew of their own.
count /count Shows a notification which tells you how many resources you have collected this week - helpful for the Resource Cap.
wanted /wanted Shows a list of all wanted pirates in the current server and their active navy bounties.
topcrews /topcrews Shows a list of active pirate crews, and their sink points from the past week. Sink points can be earned by sinking navy ships.
