The Mini Crossbow is a smaller, crate-exclusive version of the Crossbow that can be equipped on hip slots. This allows for more diverse loadouts while still featuring the crossbow's ability to use cheap ammunition. These advantages come at a cost; the worst range and projectile velocity of any ranged weapon in the game.
