While her ability to trade is essentially null, her versatility and excellent maneuverability provide for a capable transport. As a combat ship, the dragon is decent but is often outclassed by more capable ships like the [[Phoenix]]  The Dragon when used for pirating is a good way to counter the [[Fox]] or [[Steam Goose]] when they try to escape conventional ships by going upwind. In a navy role however, the Dragon is rarely seen in combat unless you need to catch a fleeing pirate ship.
