The Premium Merchant is a major NPC which can be found at all major spawn islands in the Grand Isles. The Premium Merchant sells items exchanged for Robux, be it directly or through indirect means such as Premium Tokens or Vouchers. The Premium Merchant will occassionally have rare goods available only for a limited time.
