The Pelican is a mercantile ship based off of the [[Heron]], with an added sail pair to increase its maximum downwind speed. In all other statistics besides build costs and level requirement, the Pelican is essentially just a faster Heron.

The Pelican is less common to see than the [[Heron]], since its speed, although buffed, is still very slow in comparison to most pirate ships. This leads to the Pelican being targeted by pirates quite often.
