It trades two cannons for this engine and a mortar, allowing it to have long-range combat capability alongside a quick speed against the wind. The ability to carry a large amount of cargo at a decent speed regardless of wind direction can lead to large profit margins, should one steer clear of pirates. The Steam Goose does require a voucher.
