Nassau was lead by a popularly-elected Governor, who was elected for three-month terms, with the Admiral being the second-in-command and the leader of the navy.
The Faction after a decisive victory over Whitecrest united with it and formed the [[Whitecrest|Kingdom of Whitecrest and Nassau]].

*The Nassuvian flag and uniform were designed by contest winners goose2820 and TanSZ, respectively. Nassau is the only currently-active faction to have held such a contest with common-player participation.
*Nassau was the first NPC faction to become playable as a normal faction in Tradelands.
* Nassau's original flag was a horizontal tricolour triband with the colours of Nassau. Which would later inspire the Whitecrest-Nassau flag.
