It can be found by interacting with the Landlord NPC at any spawnable island, or by renting a personal address, putting your house physically on an island of the Grand Isles from where it can be accessed. Your address will still be accessible through the Landlord too.

The weekly tax cost of your house may vary depending on upgrades and add-ons. 5 Loyalty Tokens can be spent to add 15,000 Doubloons to your tax reserve. When switching from a more expensive house to a cheaper house, the difference in purchase cost will be added to the tax reserve.

Physical addresses are located on spawn islands, the principle and taxation is the same as with regular housing, but the house will appear physically in game and it will be exclusively assigned to one player that owns the address. The player has to be present in the server otherwise the house contents will not load in and the door will be locked. An Estate can be accessed from the landlord or through it's front door. Take note that entering the house through the landlord will make the player unable to leave via the front door to the island the house is standing on, to prevent teleportation.

By typing /buyhouse in the chat one is able to view which houses are available. In order to trade a physical house deed, it has to be at 100/100 durability. Meaning that you have to come online for five days before it becomes tradable. An Estate can be accessed from the landlord or through it's front door on the island it is standing on. Estates of players that are not present in the server can still be entered if they have their house set on public.
