'''Nassau''' was a Democratic Republic in the southern end of the [[Grand Isles]], that was a former tributary of [[Burkeland]]. They gained their freedom in a rebellion and later gained full independence. Nassau was lead by a popularly-elected Governor, who was elected for three-month terms, with the Admiral being the second-in-command and the leader of the navy.
The Faction formed [[Whitecrest|Kingdom of Whitecrest and Nassau]] with [[Whitecrest]] after a decisive victory against Whitecrest in contesting lordship over the island of Freeport.
The Kingdom of Whitecrest-Nassau ceased to exist in 2023 after of a civil war resulting rebels from Nassau is crushed by the Whitecrest Navy.
It was a year later that Nassau is independent again after Whitecrest Empire is dismantled by Nova Balreska's counteroffensive after an invasion of [[Nova Balreska]] failed led by King of Whitecrest littlenoobpvp.
After their independence in late 2024 however, the nation is lead by the Grand Admiral, under which different squadrons exist as a disunited naval force. These squadrons are owned by a person who creates them and become a member of High Command, and set their low ranks' position in their squadron and Nassau as a whole.
