Scrap

Scrap can be used as a currency at the Scrap Dealer NPC at Harrisburg, or as a material used in several furniture recipes.

Obtaining Scrap

Scrap can be obtained by deleting certain items in the player's warehouse. This is done by turning on delete mode and shift-double-clicking on items where the scrap symbol is visible underneath the item's durability display (where the item's weight is normally shown). The amount of scrap a that can comes from deleting an item depends on the type of item, its materials and its durability (the maximum scrap yield is given when the item is at 100 durability or higher, any extra durability past 100 does not give extra scrap).

Despite one cannon having more durability than the other, both give 37 scrap because both of them have over 100 durability.
